1. Definitions & Scope
"Stellar Lab" refers to the business entity operated by founder Rahul Singh Chauhan, based in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Stellar Lab. The terms "user", "client", "customer", "you", and "your" refer to anyone visiting or purchasing from our platform.
2. Personalized & Custom Orders
We specialize in personalized, hand-finished 3D light sculptures, custom milestone medal displays, and customized wood engravings. By submitting custom designs, texts, logos, or specifications for laser engraving, you warrant that you own the necessary copyrights/rights for such materials and that they do not infringe upon any third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject orders that contain offensive or trademark-infringing content.
3. Pricing & Payments
All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments online through UPI and the Razorpay Payment Gateway. Orders will only be processed and scheduled for hand-finishing once we receive a successful payment confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping across India. Standard orders are hand-finished and dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on our courier partners and delivery pin codes. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by courier partners, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, geometric patterns, custom wood joinery details, website images, logos, graphics, and brand copy displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of Stellar Lab and Rahul Singh Chauhan. Unauthorized replication, reproduction, or commercial distribution of our products or designs is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
