Thank you for shopping at Stellar Lab. We are committed to delivering your custom, handcrafted pieces safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Destinations & Fees
We offer complimentary (free) standard shipping across all pin-codes in India. At this time, we do not support direct international shipping through our online checkout. If you require shipping outside of India, please contact us directly at studio@stellarlab.in for a custom courier quote.
2. Processing & Finishing Time
Because every product (custom light sculptures, custom medal displays, nameplates, and family trees) is personalized and finished by hand in our Jammu studio, orders require processing time. All items are hand-finished and dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
3. Transit Timelines & Delivery
Once your order is handed over to our shipping partners, the estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
We partner with premium courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure your package is handled with care.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and the active tracking link. You can track your parcel's journey live through the respective courier's website or check your customer dashboard profile page.
5. Damages & Transit Insurance
If your custom lamp or medal display arrives damaged or broken due to transit handling, please reach out to us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at team@stellarlab.in with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will prioritize crafting and shipping a brand-new replacement for you at no additional cost, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
